How Long Will My Alarm System Battery Last?

Your system battery should last for about four years, but we advise that the system is serviced regularly to be on the safe side.

What Should I Do If My Alarm Sounds In the Night, But Won’t Shut Off?

Call your engineer, who will attend your home or business and reset the system. This is included in your annual service contract, if you have one.

Is There a System That Can Be Set If I Am Away from My Home?

The system you choose decides on the alarm system capabilities. There are many that work with Wi-Fi connections from your phone or tablet.

How Often Should My System Be Serviced?

We recommend that your system is serviced on an annual basis, to ensure that everything is running properly.

Will my System Keep My House Secure During a Power Outage?

Yes, our systems have a back-up battery included. This is designed to run the system for at least 12 hours without mains input.

Can I reset my alarm code, if I have forgotten the original master code?

The system requires that an engineer comes out to reset your system and program the new code.
